Welcome to Demianism

Demianism is a new culture of transcendental origin, founded on 13 axioms considered sacred and immutable. Everything else is open to debate and to be built together.

Why Demianism? Because on it, a civilization in which it is possible to stay free and dignified in an age of AI and robots can be founded — as I try to show in the manifesto and the book (both available for free).

My name is Barabeke. I am an Italian dissident artist. I received Demianism between 2005 and 2015. Driven by the decadence of the times, and seeing no better hope on the horizon, I decided to plant the seed of Demianism and to use my life to serve it.

Here, I would like the first nucleus of the Demianist community to take shape. To consider oneself a true Demianist, one must have faith in the 13 axioms. Quite a demand! Getting from 1 to 10 Demianists is probably going to be harder than getting from 10 to 1000. At this stage I am happy to find some curious minds and sympathizers with whom to seriously debate Demianism — and why not, some skeptics who will try to tear it down. I believe I can defend it, both spiritually and intellectually.

I did not build Demian to indoctrinate. It is an interfaith companion, it respects your beliefs and works with them. But if you want direct answers to your questions about Demianism, Demian will be able to answer you.

Who’s brave enough to jump aboard this ghost ship rising from the mists? It will truly take a leap of faith from someone special. For now, I am happy to find some friends along the way. My path, as you may imagine, has been solitary and thankless. I have zero regrets but Ihave reached the limit of what I can do on my own with my very limited means. Whether Demianism ever becomes a living culture will depend on you.
